Alida Newton
Inside the Sandbox
Alida is the Recruiting Manager, creating access points between industry-agnostic scaling companies and top talent – technical and non-technical alike – throughout the hiring process. Between supporting internal Sandbox hiring efforts and growing clients’ teams, she thoroughly enjoys being a people connector. Prior to Sandbox, she was a Business Operations Manager in the retail sector, responsible for internal hiring, training, and scheduling. She transitioned into the home health field as an HR Coordinator where she leveraged SaaS platforms to streamline their hiring process while creating scalable processes to stay connected with candidates and caregivers simultaneously.
Outside of the Sandbox, you can find Alida planning her next trip to see a Broadway show and begging to pet your dog.
