Jack is a recruiting Senior Associate at Sandbox who brings creativity and a strategic mindset to every search, helping clients find their perfect match and candidates find their perfect home.

Before joining Sandbox, Jack built a well-rounded background in communication and recruiting. A graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor’s in Communication, Jack has held key recruiting roles across Real Estate, Hospitality, and the Nonprofit sector. He is deeply versed in the nonprofit community, having had the privilege of hiring first-ever employees for several organizations and contributing to the growth of teams from their earliest stages to where they stand today. That foundation across recruiting, customer service, communication, and human resources makes Jack a tremendous asset to the clients and candidates he serves.

Beyond the Sandbox, Jack enjoys all things nature and quality time. Whether alone or with family and friends, every minute is spent with intention. On the bigger adventures, you might find him checking a national park off the bucket list, ziplining through a tropical forest, or hiking an active volcano.
