James is a Junior Associate on the Finance & Accounting team at Sandbox, where he supports founders and growing companies through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights that help drive informed decision-making. With a background in finance, he enjoys helping clients make sense of complex financial information and translating it into clear, actionable insights that allow founders to stay focused on growing their businesses. Prior to joining Sandbox, James gained experience supporting founders and high-growth companies through his work with Founders Advocate, a sell-side advisory firm, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, business strategy, and transaction support. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2026 with majors in Finance and Management with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Data Analytics, and brings an analytical, adaptable, and strategic approach to his work with clients. Outside of work he enjoys staying active outdoors, attending concerts, and trying new foods.
