Katya Mallory is a Senior Associate on the Business and People Operations team at Sandbox, where she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to helping clients strengthen their operational foundations. Known for bringing structure to complex, fast-moving environments, she partners closely with clients to organize priorities, improve processes, and keep work moving forward with intention.
Before Sandbox, Katya built her career across the life sciences and healthcare industries, supporting cross-functional teams at organizations including VCU School of Medicine, Labcorp, and Indivior, PLC. Her experience spans executive operations, large-scale meeting coordination, data analysis, and compliance-driven reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
