Ronique Capers is a Finance and accounting junior associate with the Sandbox dedicated to supporting accurate financial reporting, accounting operations, and strategic business initiatives. Ronique contributes to maintaining financial integrity while helping drive organizational growth. Known for strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, he enjoys solving financial challenges and continuously expanding expertise in accounting and finance. Ronique holds a BBA with a concentration in finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and following sports.
