Tara serves as Operations Manager at Sandbox, where she is the backbone of the firm’s internal engine. She holds strategic ownership across finance, business development, HR, and team culture — building the systems and rhythms that allow the team to focus on client delivery and growth. With a professional background in relationship and portfolio management, Tara is passionate about people, authentic connections, and being of service. Outside of the Sandbox, you’ll find her volunteering with her kids’ sports teams, scouts, or her church community. She’s also a proud member of Alpha Phi Fraternity and stays active with the local alumni chapter.
